乡土文明传承下的“义安特色”与启示——基于铜陵市义安区的案例研究

Abstract:Yi’an District of Tongling City takes rural civilization heritage as the focus to promote rural community governance，adopts measures such as strengthening of party building and leadership，solidifying the foundation of rural community governance，building a long-term mechanism of clean government culture，tapping into the culture of local elites，enriching the cultural life of villagers，integrating self-governance，rule of law，and virtues，and improving people’s livelihood and a culture of sharing，and achieves remarkable results，leading to the formation of a rural community governance model with ‘Yi’an characteristics’. The successful practice of rural community governance in Yi’an District of Tongling City has given people experience and inspiration，namely，perfecting the community governance system under the leadership of the Party，build a good community governance operation mechanism，promote the development of urban and rural integration，strengthen the construction of basic service facilities，and implement collaboration and co-governance of multiple subjects.
