2019年蚌埠淮河流域和皖北地区制造业发展中心建设研究

Abstract:As an old industrial city and a regional center，a transportation hub，an important business center，a city of science and education，and an innovation highland，the construction of the central city for the Huaihe River Basin and northern Anhui must be supported and guaranteed by means of building a manufacturing development center. This article puts the development of Bengbu manufacturing industry under the two major backgrounds and contexts of the Huaihe River Basin and northern Anhui，and carries out comparative analysis and research，comprehensively sorts out national and provincial policy support priorities and directions for the construction of the Huaihe River Basin and the development of northern Anhui，conducts a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges for Bengbu to accelerate the development of the manufacturing industry and build a central city，and fully understand the basis and deficiencies of Bengbu in promoting the transformation and development of the manufacturing industry，so as to propose effective policy recommendations to accelerate the development of manufacturing industry，and the building of a manufacturing development central city for the Huaihe River Basin and northern Anhui，and provide a reference for decision-making in order to give play to the leading role of manufacturing and its bedrock effect，and to comprehensively build ‘two centers’ and achieve ‘two comprehensive’ plans.
