2019年蚌埠深化合芜蚌国家自主创新示范区建设研究

Abstract:In recent years，Bengbu has vigorously implemented an innovation-driven development strategy，focused on the improvement of technological innovation capabilities，the construction of an innovation-oriented industrial system and a comprehensive innovation reform pilot zone，as well as on opening up and cooperation，and achieved a number of scientific，technological，industrial，platform，and institutional results. However，in the overall promotion of the He-Wu-Beng National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zones，problems still exist such as insufficient top-level design and inadequate experience promotion. The city of Bengbu itself also encountered prominent problems such as insufficient R & D investment，inadequate sci-tech output and result transformation，inadequacies in talent recruitment and development，and insufficient integration of sci-tech with finance. To tackle those problems，efforts must be made to give full play to the important role of enterprises and R & D institutions in innovation，focus on building big platforms for industrial agglomeration，the exchange，industrialization，transformation and incubation of sci-tech results，and a big platform for opening to the outside world，and vigorously promote reforms in government systems for sci-tech and talent management，integration of sci-tech with finance，and management of universities and research institutions，and enterprise innovation management systems，and focus on problems to eliminate troubles and stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurial vitality of the whole society.
