Abstract:Grasping the level and characteristics of Anhui’s entry into the Yangtze River Delta High-quality Integration can give full play to Anhui’s entry initiative，which is conducive to the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. Based on the connotation of ‘high-quality integration’ and ‘entry’，a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is constructed to measure the level of integration. The overall level of Anhui’s integration into the Yangtze River Delta has been steadily improving，with a good foundation in social integration；the degree of coordinated integration is high but still needs to be improved；the level of market integration and spatial integration is steadily increasing；and economic integration is changing slowly；the level of innovation integration is backward. In view of the constraints of insufficient ‘leading effect’ of Shanghai，insufficient ‘lowland effect’ of Anhui，insufficient potential for economic development，and inadequate differentiation in development strategies，it is proposed that Anhui’s deep integration into the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta should focus on the consolidation of the foundation of deep integration with industrial symbiosis，the enhancement of the power of deep integration with innovation drive，the improvement of the efficiency of deep integration with the coupling of element configuration spaces，and the implementation of the responsibility of deep integration with collaborative governance.
