南非“ACE:数学素养课程”教师培训计划及其启示
文章摘要:“核心素养”已成为当下国内深化基础教育课程改革的关键,本文采用文献分析法对致力于学生数学素养养成的南非数学素养课程教师培训进行研究。主要研究对象为南非夸祖鲁-纳塔尔省高级教育证书(Advanced Certificates of Education)“ACE:数学素养课程”教师培训计划以及Obonjeni地区的具体实施情况。最后,得出对教师进行核心素养培训的启示:优化并保障教师的参训,提升培训生源质量;应充分做好培训的需求调研,设计有针对性的培训内容等。 展开
Abstract:“Core Literacy” has become the key to deepen the reform of basic education curriculum in our country.
