互联网时代的基层社会治理：反思与重构

Abstract:Grassroots social governance is the foundation of the national social governance system and the focus and difficulty of social governance. With the rapid development of network information technology represented by the Internet，technology application plays an important role in Grassroots Social Governance. This paper analyzes the scope and content of Grassroots Social Governance from the concept reflection，summarizes three different influence paradigms from technical reflection，and summarizes the various roles played by information technology in Grassroots Social Governance. Under the new situation，this paper analyzes the current situation of Community informatization development from a technical perspective by IT framework，and expounds the key links of information application from the governance change perspective，and puts forward the key issues and countermeasures in real development.
