Abstract:When network flow is low-priced，video communication is gradually becoming a main role in cyberspace，which leads to prosperity of various video websites. The quantity of video website users in each major online country are enormous. When users surf on the video websites，their personal privacy or information is usually collected by these websites and at the same time，uploading，downloading and browsing video contents are also restricted. It gives rise to a series of conflicts and troubles，even though announcements have been made when users register and use their accounts on the websites. This essay takes the privacy policy of three foreign video websites，YouTube，DailyMotion，LiveLeak，and explores the emphasis，differences and similarities over content regulation and privacy protection of video websites by means of content analysis.
