广州青年网民社会心态研究报告

Abstract:An empirical research on social mentality of Youth Internet Users Aged 14-40 in Guangzhou was carried out by Big Data Communication Laboratory，School of Communication and Design，Sun Yat-sen University，Guangdong Key Laboratory of Public Opinion Data Analysis and Simulation and Guangzhou Committee of the Communist Youth League. To Understand the social mentality and behavior tendency of young netizens in Guangzhou，and explore the ways that can positively influence the social mentality of this group and guide the positive public opinion，the research surveyed youth Internet users aged 14-40 in Guangzhou，and 1540 valid questionnaires were collected. The study come to the following conclusions：first of all，in terms of concerns on social issues，working youth are more aware of and concerned about social problems；secondly，in terms of social emotions and social participation，young netizens in Guangzhou are generally under pressure，social participation is low as a whole，and working youth are with lower sense of happiness. Moreover，in terms of values，the post-materialism value of young netizens in Guangzhou is not obvious，and the value orientation is deeply influenced by peers.
