Abstract:As a world-famous innovation economy，Israel continued to have outstanding performance in the field of technological innovation from 2017 to 2018. Most of its indicators rose steadily on the global mainstream innovation lists. The improvement of innovation capability undoubtedly brought great vitality to Israel’s economy and society，but there also existed some bottleneck factors in Israel’s technological innovation，such as shortage of talents，insufficient driving force of science and technology，and low national participation in scientific research and development. Since China and the Israel announced the establishment of innovative comprehensive partnership，the two countries have comprehensively expanded and deepened their cooperation in the field of scientific and technological innovation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and AIIB. These efforts have by far achieved remarkable results.
