Abstract:From the cultural level，the multi-symbiosis strategy refers to the dynamic balance of cultural identity and cultural tolerance in the process of communication among the various national cultures，and strives to realize the cultural coexistence pattern of “Beauty Is Together”. For a long time，the Chinese people in Singapore and Malaysia have been actively practicing this strategy，taking “beauty of each other” as the core idea and goal，and taking the essence of Chinese traditional culture as the symbiotic carrier，and actively fulfilling the social responsibility to improve the symbiotic environment，and strive to cultivate the main body of communication. Also striving to cultivate the cultural consciousness of the disseminators，and adopting the way of struggle and communication to strive for the localization of Chinese culture，which making outstanding contributions to the overseas spread of Chinese culture. In the future，the Chinese people in Singapore and Malaysia should be good at absorbing and applying new ideas and methods，and overcoming the tendency of “heavy tradition and light contemporary”，and paying attention to cooperation with domestic official and non-governmental organizations to explore the economic value of Chinese cultural communication，thus to expand the influence of the symbiotic carrier of Chinese culture and other national cultures，serve the strategic overall situation of the “One Belt and One Road” construction of the country from a cultural exchange perspective.
