Abstract:In 2016，Slovenian political environment remained basically stable. Under the leadership of the incumbent government，the state kept developing its economy and solving the employment problem of residents as its primary objective to improve people’s livelihood. In the area of foreign diplomacy，Slovenia has actively played its role in the EU and has improved the relations with neighbor countries. In this year，Slovenia continued to actively participate in the activities under the framework of the “16+1 cooperation”，the relations between China and Slovenia have enjoyed a good momentum of development.
