2017～2018年中东欧国家语言政策述评

Abstract:In December 2017，Montenegrin has been listed as independent language in ISO classification. Since then，all the official languages of CEE Countries have been recognized by the international community. Superficially，the language landscape in CEE is becoming clearer，but the differences in language issues between relevant countries have not disappeared. The language policies of CEE Countries in 2017-2018 show that on the one hand，language name disputes still exist and related language identity and status issues remain prominent；on the other hand，under the background of Russia-EU political competition，disputes over language rights are becoming more complicated，affecting the process of European integration.
