从居民到公民：香港人国家认同主体资格的建构
文章摘要：“一国两制”在香港特区遭遇的最大挑战是香港社会的人心回归没有很好地完成。其成因非常复杂，当中最为核心的应是香港居民作为国家成员对国家政权体系的赞同性认同主体资格迄今为止尚未完全建立。未来，应通过对香港居民政治—法律公民身份及其实施机制进行构建和完善，在香港生成一种以宪法为中心的爱国主义，促进香港真正意义上的回归。
