对构建粤港澳自贸区的初步思考——从上海自贸区谈起
文章摘要：粤港澳自贸区如要与上海自贸区齐头并进或更胜一筹，其构建也必须着眼于制度创新，着眼于创造出一个符合国际惯例、自由开放、鼓励创新的市场经济环境。为此，广东应仿效上海，将南沙、横琴和前海三地打造成一个自贸区；学习与借鉴香港的相关制度，在自贸区大力推进制度创新；继续大力推动粤港澳紧密合作，特别是在南沙、前海、横琴这三个平台上与港澳展开更为紧密的合作。
