文章摘要:本文基于对香港学校德育及公民教育状况的实证调查,旨在探索其宗旨理念、推行政策和课程改革中所蕴含的深刻教育哲学思想,即通过建构师生“我—你”的关心伦理;建立推己及人、由近及远的“世界公民”身份认同;在课程教学中贯彻回归生活世界的情感教育与体验学习。

Abstract:The construction and the inspiration of “I-You” ethic relationship in Hong Kong’s school moral education Hong Kong has its unique history,political background and cultural environments,in which various ethnic groups’ values and religious beliefs interact with each other and co-exist peacefully. Hong Kong’s civil education has become a multi-school civil education system,which is based on an international perspective in which both Chinese and western ideas and practices of education are incorporated. This paper is aimed to explore the educational philosophy which dictates the education policies and the reforms of curriculums,i.e.,the caring ethics of teachers’ and pupils’“I-You” relationship,the identity of cosmopolitan citizenship which embodies the principle of considering others in one’s own place,and carrying out emotional education and experiential learning in teaching which aims to return to the life-world.
