澳门特区官员财产和利益申报公开制度研究
文章摘要：本文系统回顾了澳门特区公务人员财产和利益申报和公开制度的形成及嬗变过程，具体分析了2013年《财产及利益申报法律制度》的修订背景、审议焦点和主要内容，并对其制度设计和实施效果展开初步研究，尝试找出阻碍其有效推行的体制原因和社会问题。所论选题具有较强的现实针对性，对国家推行有关制度具有一定的借鉴意义。
