食品药品突发事件的风险监测与舆论引导

Abstract:Food and medicine have been the hot topic of public opinion in recent years. This report combs the characteristics of public opinion for food and medicine in 2018：high incidence in food and beverage，both old problems and new challenges existing in the food field；frequent incidence in the pharmaceutical field with the increase of heat；the role of the social media platform highlighted，and the objective facts and public sentiments constituting the “one body’s two sides” of public opinion for food and medicine. Based on the above-mentioned new trends and characteristics of the public opinion for food and medicine，this report puts forward three suggestions for the guidance of public opinion on food and medicine incidents：firstly，establishing a sense of guidance through the whole process，with continuous statement，including the response of key questions of public concern，actively updating the public on the latest measures to deal with the incidents，sincere attitude and taking the public sentiment seriously；secondly，exploring social co-governance；thirdly，accurately determining the nature of food and medicine emergencies.
