2023年中国与共建“一带一路”国家数字贸易发展研究

Abstract:Digital trade replaces traditional trade to inject new vitality into the high-quality development of the “the Belt and Road” and stimulate new potential for the development of digital economy in all countries. The cooperation on digital trade between China and the countries jointly building the “the Belt and Road” has been rapidly deepened and remarkable achievements have been made. However，it is undeniable that the digital trade cooperation of countries along the “the Belt and Road” is still in its infancy，and the digital gap，rule gaps，digital security risks and other issues affect the in-depth and stable digital trade cooperation of countries. In this regard，we should adhere to increasing the digital capabilities of countries along the “the Belt and Road” and the voice of the digital economy in terms of strengthening digital infrastructure construction，promoting digital technology exchange and cooperation，and multilateral negotiations on digital governance systems，so that more countries can become participants，contributors，and beneficiaries of digital economy development.
