文章摘要:工业用地和住宅用地之间的矛盾是制约城市发展的一大问题,尽管政府试图通过建造更多的住宅来调控住房市场的供应和需求,但市场无法提供合适的空间、合适的位置和合适的价格,这就造成了城市经济增长受到制约。伦敦中心于2022年1月发布的研究报告,分析了伦敦工业用地的短缺现状及其原因,认为工业未来发展的关键在于工业用地使用者的影响力、政策和规划的灵活性和更好地利用现有土地。基于此,本文提出了其对中国城市工业未来发展的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The conflict between industrial land and residential land is a major constraint on urban growth. While the government is adjusting the supply and demand in the housing market by building more homes,the market is unable to provide the right space,the right location and the right price,which is creating constraints on economic growth in the city. A report published by the Centre for London in January 2022 analyzes the current state and causes of London’s industrial land shortage and argues that the key to new industrial future development lies in the influence of industrial land users,flexibility in policy and planning and better use of available land. On the basis of the report,this paper presents its implications for the future development of urban industry in China.
