欧盟与北约框架下的德国防务政策调整

Abstract:Sino-German relation reaches the age of forty this year, an age of maturity in human development. This relation between two countries has experienced both positive and negative developments and we are now able to say that both sides have built up a "special relationship". This relationship has been demonstrated at the second round of Sino-German Government Consultation when Angela Merkel made her sixth visit to China. It has been highlighted by the Sino-German strategic partnership,the breakthrough in bilateral trade and economic relations as well as cultural relations. There has been and there will be problems in bilateral relations. But as the history indicates, Sino-German relation will develop better,as long as the Chinese and German governments cherish this hard earned achievement and handle the key benefits and concerns of both sides correctly.
