欧盟职业教育评价研究——基于2010~2025年欧盟教育和培训计划与职业教育指标体系发展的思考

Abstract:Emerging digital technologies，accelerating population mobility，global climate change and coronavirus pandemic are exacerbating the need for structural change in education in the European Union. Through the formulation of education and training plans，EU has developed a number of education evaluation index systems from the macro level，proposed the strategic objectives and specific measures for the development of education in EU，and promoted the establishment and application of various education indicator systems in EU，including the EU vocational education and training evaluation framework and EU vocational education quality indicator system. At present，based on the macro-orientation of EU education and training plan，EU vocational education evaluation has the development trend of digitization，lifelong，flexible，sustainable and green，emphasizing the continuous development of the European and international vocational education and training evaluation system based on qualifications and ecological environment adaptation.
