英国高等教育最新“教学卓越框架”研究

Abstract:As a leading country in higher education，the UK government has always attached great importance to the quality assurance of higher education teaching，considering quality assessment as an important means to ensure the development of higher education. In 2022，the UK government issued the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework（TEF）and carried out a four-year national higher education teaching evaluation in 2023. The latest TEF defines the TEF Rating and Categories，compares the content and information of universities，students，and the National Student Survey data based on the two dimensions of Student Experience and Student Outcomes in order to ensure the accuracy of information and evaluate the development level of higher education teaching quality. This study first introduces the background of the TEF’s emergence and development. Secondly，it analyzes the structure and implementation contents. Finally，it discusses the controversies existing in the formulation and implementation process.
