Abstract:The United States is the largest developed country in the world with relatively complete infrastructure. No matter compared with the history of its own development or other countries，the quality and scale of infrastructure in the United States have reached a relatively high level，leading the world. At the same time，however，the U.S.infrastructure suffers from big problems such as old and unbalanced systems，and climate change risks and technological innovation also require higher developments on infrastructure in the United States. Therefore，the Trump administration has twice listed infrastructure investment as one of his priorities and launched the trillion-dollar infrastructure investment proposal. Due to the domestic political game，policy inertia and other factors，Trump has to find a balance between goals and capabilities when rebuilding the U.S.infrastructure.
