国际变局下安倍“战后外交总决算”的政策动向

Abstract:Base on the principle of historical revisionism，Abe’s “total reassessment of Japan’s postwar diplomacy” aims at normalizing of Japan-DPRK relations and Japan-Russia relations，developing Sino-Japanese relations on the basis of “the new three principles of Japan-China relations” and creating an atmosphere in neighboring countries of accepting Japan to revise the Article 9 of its constitution. In Abe’s view，the “total reassessment of Japan’s postwar diplomacy” is the prerequisite for Japan to become a great political and military power by getting rid of the image as a defeated country in WWII and the restraint of post-war regime. Its real purpose is not to change the Cold War structure that remains in Northeast Asia and build the foundation for peace and prosperity in Northeast Asia in the new era，but to make other countries in Northeast Asia to accept the historical revisionism in breaking away from the postwar regime and revising its constitution.
