北欧国家难民接收和融入状况分析（2018）

Abstract:In 2018，the number of refugees accepted in North Europe countries is decreasing，compared to 2017. The major origin countries are still Syria，Iraq，and Afghanistan. Difficulties of integration for refugees and migrants exist widely in North Europe countries. Taking Sweden as a focus，this article gives a discussion on refugee migrants’ situation in settlement，employment，education，medical care and housing. Though Sweden upholds a multiculturalist policy and governments put lots of resource on integration programs，the effect of migrant integration is not good. Refugee migrants have a high unemployment rate；the integration of adolescents is particularly worse；and the community segregation is distinct. The situation of migrant integration is similar among other North Europe countries，though the performance of Iceland is relatively better. Currently，the social attitudes toward refugees are much more divergent. The burden of refugees is heavy in the social welfare system. The refugee issues become important political debates，which fosters the rise of populism parties in North Europe countries.
