Abstract:For the past 40 years，China has achieved great performance in economic and social development. And the economic cooperation between China and Japan has experienced unprecedented development and challenges. The rapid economic development of China reconstructed Asian economic order，set new background of the economic cooperation between China and Japan and promoted the economic cooperation between China and Japan to a new stage. With the development of the economic cooperation between China and Japan，the competitiveness of bilateral cooperation is coming，the cooperation fields are widening and the third-party market cooperation is coming to fame. In 2017，the economic cooperation between China and Japan showed signs of an upturn. Up to now，China has reached agreements on the third-party market cooperation with Japan，which provides opportunities for the economic cooperation between China and Japan by strengthening regime design and cooperation on funds and projects.
