“一带一路”油气开发与能源贸易合作现状、问题与前景

Abstract:Oil and gas development and energy trade cooperation are important components of the Belt and Road initiative，as well as effective ways to promote pragmatic cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road. Since the advocating of the Belt and Road initiative，energy cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road is fruitful，China’s imports of crude oil and natural gas from surrounding countries have accounted for 70% and 60% of the total imports，respectively. However，due to the difference with some surrounding countries’ development plans，geopolitical and political instability，and the Belt and Road energy cooperation faces a series of challenges. China should take the opportunity of some surrounding countries’ need of economic development transition，promoting oil and gas industry cooperation actively，innovating energy infrastructure construction—energy industry cooperation model，exploiting the potential of oil and gas cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road，extending energy trade cooperation channels，guiding Chinese energy enterprises to form international competitive advantage，and enhancing enterprises’ ability to avoid risks.
