太平洋岛国教育发展现状与中太教育合作路径

文章摘要:太平洋岛国位于南太平洋地区,属于“21世纪海上丝绸之路”南线。由于受到资源环境、人文地理等历史和现实诸多因素的制约,太平洋岛国教育发展普遍落后。结合各太平洋岛国实现可持续发展的现实需求,本文认为中国与太平洋岛国进行教育合作,要以职业教育合作为突破口,以开展当地师资培训和教育援外为抓手,以网络技术和共享课程助推高等教育发展。这不仅能够为太平洋岛国人民带来切实的益处,而且是共建“一带一路”的重要体现。

Abstract:Pacific island countries are located on the southern route of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. Abstract:Pacific island countries are located on the southern route of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. Restricted by historical and realistic factors such as resources and environment,geography and so on,the development of education in the Pacific island countries has generally lagged behind. According to the practical needs of the island countries to realize sustainable development,this paper holds that the cooperation in education between China and the Pacific island countries should take the cooperation in vocational education as the breakthrough point and start with the training local teachers and the implementing of education aid,promoting the development of higher education through network technology and shared curriculum. This will not only bring tangible benefits to the people of the island countries,but also be an important part of the joint building of “Belt and Road”.
