文章摘要：东盟国家多为海洋国家，具有丰富的海洋资源，发展海洋经济具有得天独厚的条件。近年来，东盟国家的海洋经济迅速发展，各国制定和实施了海洋经济发展战略与政策，海洋产业成为国民经济的重要组成部分。本文拟就东盟国家海洋经济发展战略与政策做一分析。
