Abstract:The differences in E-commerce development between China and Portuguese-speaking countries are obvious. Brazil，a South American Portuguese-speaking country，ranks first in South America in terms of E-commerce strength. Portugal，a European Portuguese-speaking country，has achieved a high level of fixed and mobile network infrastructure. Its Internet access is widespread，and the potential for E-commerce market development is great. The overall environment of E-commerce in African Portuguese-speaking countries is relatively backward. East Timor，a Portuguese-speaking country in Asia is in the stage of economic reconstruction and its E-commerce infrastructure needs to be strengthened. Macau has great potential in China-Portuguese online trade cooperation. It can not only seek opportunities in existing trade cooperation，but also seek new opportunities in “the Belt and Road Initiative”. Furthermore，it can also seek opportunities for cooperation in optimizing the structure of trade commodities. The cross-border E-commerce market of Portuguese-speaking countries has its own typical characteristics，which are mainly reflected in the market，products，mobility，platform and payment，etc. Based on the good relations in economy and trade cooperation between China and Portugal，E-commerce will give a full boost to economy and trade cooperation between China and Portugal.
