江苏法治文化软实力建设的成就、挑战与深化

Abstract:The Nineteenth CPC Congress elaborately explained how the role of the Socialist Legal Culture should play in the construction of Socialist Rule of Law Institution with Chinese characteristics. Based on this spirit，Jiangsu has combined its many years’ practical experience in the rule of law and proposed that the soft power of the rule of law should be taken as the core value of the competitiveness. As an important part of the construction of the rule of law，the practice of the culture of the rule of law in Jiangsu has gradually changed from the education to explain the articles of the legal system，to the construction of the culture of the rule of law on the spread of the spirit and thinking-way of the rule of law，and has made outstanding achievements in the specific construction of it. Under the new historical background，how to promote the construction of the rule of law culture should be regarded as a new challenge and opportunity for the development of the rule of law to play an important part in the rule of law’s soft power building，from the transformation from outside form to inside content，from the basically systematical construction to the building of core value system. The objective to consider the issue of the soft power of the rule of law from the perspective of the overall value building，should be thought as a way that deserves seriously treatment.
