Abstract:The reform of the collective property rights in rural areas is being actively promoted. Jiangsu Province is one of the provinces with a developed economy. The rural collective economy is relatively developed. The reform of collective property rights started earlier. In response to the absence and conflict of supporting laws and the incompleteness of “separation of politics and economics” and the unsound governance structure of collective economic organizations and underdeveloped rural property rights trading markets in deepening the reform of rural collective property rights，measures suggestions have been proposed.
