Abstract:Guangzhou has made remarkable achievements in improving the public culture service system，creating a new development pattern for culture industries，building network culture，promoting culture communication and publicity，strengthening traditional culture construction and teenagers' culture qualities. In 2018，efforts should be made by the Guangzhou Municipal Government to strengthen ideological and political education，speed up culture legislation，enhance and improve efficacy of public culture service，etc. Only in this will the positive energy of Guangzhou's culture be carried forward，will Guangzhou's culture development have law to abide law，and will the people-oriented public culture services achieve rapid development.
