广东双向投资的发展历程研究

Abstract:The economic opening in1978 has laid the way for China to integrate into the global economy.On the one hand，through the implementation of preferential policies，the Chinese government encourages large amounts of foreign direct investment inflows；on the other hand，since the beginning of the new century China has speeded up the pace of outbound direct investment.Particularly，putting forward the “One Belt，One Road” initiative provides support for the strategy of “Going Out”.Among all the Chinese provinces，Guangdong stands at the top location of attracting foreign businessmen （including investment from Hong Kong，Macao and Taiwan）.At the same time，it has been in the front of other provinces in terms of outbound direct investment.The stock of outbound direct investment from Guangdong is nearly twice that from Shanghai，the second largest source of outbound investment in China.In view of this，this article will try to combine with the carding and analysis of the development of two-way investment in Guangdong.Under the background of the opening up for 40 years，the study is very necessary.Through summarizing the experience and analyzing the shortcomings of opening up，this study will provide empirical evidence and policy suggestions to accelerate the use of two-way investment to promote economic transformation and upgrading.
