Abstract:In 2017，the continuing Ukraine crisis with four years was receiving decreasing attention from international society，but the worse situation in the east region of Ukraine often re-catched people's eyes. After the conflicts break out，Russia-Ukraine relation has become the most difficult case in diplomacy of Russia. On the one hand，the Ukraine crisis made the two brothers with shared culture break，and it is difficult to reverse the worse relations because of the strong nationalist sentiment. On the other hand，the problems of Ukraine have become a stumbling block to improve the relation between Russia and the West. During the last term，will Putin try to change his tough attitude toward resolution on Ukraine crisis and normalize the relation，who has wined the president election once more in 2018.
