“一带一路”背景下中国跨境交通基础设施建设投资风险及创新研究

Abstract:Traffic connectivity is one of the important preconditions of the coordinated development of regional economy and the demand for the development of the nations alongside the Belt and Road. It is also the new background of the great country development of China to fulfill the great revival of the important initiatives. The establishment of Asian infrastructure investment bank，the Silk Road Fund and other financial institutions，provides financial support for the construction of transport infrastructure and changes the structure of foreign investment enterprises of the government. “The Belt and Road” provides unprecedented opportunities for Chinese enterprises to “go global”，in the meanwhile，it is accompanied by explicit or implicit risks which can not be neglected. In addition，cross-border transportation infrastructure project has the characteristics of large investment cost，long-term return and construction，etc. Therefore，the investment risk and innovation research on China’s cross-border traffic infrastructure construction under the background of “The Belt and Road” holds great realistic significance.
