Abstract:The Belt and Road innovation progress developing persistently and obtaining partial results，attaching a new stage of interconnectivity and deepeningadvance. The attitudes of European countries are changing in the public opinion framework of ‘western world are powerful than china'. This paper describe the image of netizen combine the Primary data，finding that，most provinces give focus on it and increase the global issue. Nearly eighty percent nitzen keep optimistic，the young man is the main group.The economic issues are the hottest spot，including the essence of theB＆R，the impact on the countries along the routes，rule of law，environment etc.The paper suggests to strengthen the localization and appropinquity，multiple subjects should increase international interaction，take social responsibility and improve communication.
