文章摘要:本研究通过统计分析中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的信息产品贸易的状况,总体描述中国与“一带一路”沿线国家信息产品贸易的发展趋势,了解“一带一路”沿线国家的信息化水平和信息产业的发展状况。以相关性和地理信息分析中国与“一带一路”沿线国家信息产业的关系,寻找中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的信息化建设和发展的合作机遇。根据对中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的相互贸易分析,中国最大的信息产品贸易伙伴是东南亚国家。中国与东南亚、中东欧国家和以色列相互之间的信息产品贸易是产业内贸易,这些国家也是中国信息产品的主要进口国,双方需要结合信息产品贸易加强信息化应用等其他领域的合作。中亚、南亚以及中东地区的大部分国家与中国的信息产品贸易是产业间贸易。因此这些国家是中国的主要信息产品出口市场。人口经济大国,如印度、俄罗斯、印度尼西亚、孟加拉、土耳其等,是中国信息产品的主要出口国,也是重要的潜在市场。

Abstract:By the statistics of information products trade between China and “The Belt and Road” countries,the trend of the information products fluctuation is described ,and the development of information application and industry of “The Belt and Road “countries is illustrated.By the related and geographic analysis of information industry relation between China and “The Belt and Road ” countries,the cooperation opportunities of building information society together are to be founded.That Southeast Asia is the largest trade partner is reflected by the analysis of information products trade between China and “The Belt and Road”countries.The trade between China and Central Europe,Israel and Southeast Asia countries is intra industry trade,and they are also the Chinese information products the main importing countries,whom are to be cooperated much more in other fields such as information technology applications by China.The information products trade between China and most of the countries in Central Asia,South Asia and Middle East is inter industry trade.Therefore,these countries are Chinese major export markets for information products.The countries with great population and economic scale,such as India,Russia,Indonesia,Bangladesh,Turkey and so on,are important export destination and potential markets of Chinese information products.
