文章摘要:企业并购的成功与否并不在于并购本身,而在于并购后的整合,企业文化的整合是保证企业并购顺利实施的最重要因素。本文在分析并购企业文化冲突的表现与原因的基础上,得出并购企业文化的整合具有明显的路径依赖型,并提出文化整合的具体路径。
