As of the end of 2016，Chinese culture not only expanded its international influence during international cultural exchanges and communication，but also continued to regulate itself and enhance its overall strength in the fierce international competition. Its development was embodied in four aspects. Firstly，The international propagation of Chinese culture takes on more and more initiative. Secondly，the international attraction of Chinese culture is constantly rising. Thirdly，Chinese culture gained more and more praise in the world. Finally，the ability of our country to undertake international cultural activities has steadily improved. However，due to many uncertainties and complexities that the exists during international cultural communication，Chinese culture faces problems in the “international environment” and “market environment” aspects. We should establish China’s cultural self-confidence and formulate a cultural strategy that is suitable for China’s national conditions to solve the problems in the “international environment”. On the other hand，we should also solve problems in the “market environment” by innovative operational modes for cultural communication and enhanced cultural consciousness of subjects of international cultural communication.
