Abstract:In March 2016，the “new security law” enforced by Abe government came into effect. The Liberal Democratic Party won again in the Senate election in July produces an important political foundation for the constitutional revision. The “security dilemma” between China and Japan in 2016 is not only rapidly deepening，and more intensifying the intense strategic game，but also making two sides recognize the consequences with “tear”. In the future，it’s no adult that the strategic game and security dilemma between two countries will be deepened，and the economic cooperation and social cultural exchanges will also be more closely interacted to form a complex structure with opposites，competition，exchanges and cooperation，and continue for a long time.
