Abstract:Collaborative innovation has become to improve the innovation ability of innovative countries and regions of the new organization mode. With the enhancement of complexity of technology innovation, the speed and the acceleration of the globalization, contemporary innovation mode has exceeded traditional linear and the chain model, non-linear, multi role, network and open characteristics, and gradually evolved into the main multi interaction cooperation model innovation foundation. This paper analyzes the regional cooperation key tasks and policy innovation suggestions. The article first discusses the regional collaboration to improve international experience and Enlightenment of science and technology innovation, pointed out to break boundaries between industries, regional and national, regional and even global implementation of collaborative innovation, build up a huge innovation network system, realize the free flow and integration of innovative elements of its successful experience is undoubtedly the most important; second, to build the Yangtze River Delta regional collaborative innovation significance under the new situation, pointed out that China's Yangtze River Delta is the fastest growing economy, the largest total economic output of the region of the gathering area is also full of innovative and creative ability, occupies an important status in the national economic development and innovation activities; and then describes the system architecture collaborative innovation priority theme and the regional collaborative innovation and key tasks and promote the Yangtze River Delta region Policy recommendations, pointed out that in the new situation, the Yangtze River Delta should enhance cooperation, under the collaborative innovation system and mechanism framework, to carry out regional common technologies, joint research, to promote the regional science and technology industry linkage development and innovation service system links, focus on the optimization of regional science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship environment, built a real government guidance, enterprise as the subject, the integration of production, study and research of the regional innovation system of science and technology, promote the development of regional innovation and structural transformation.
