“一带一路”与中国化石能源贸易发展研究

Abstract:Fossil energy trade is the key area of economic cooperation in “The Belt and Road” Initiative. With the international fossil energy situation changes and the rapid development of China’s economy，China’s demand for fossil energy continues to grow at a high speed. Countries along the Belt and Road Initiative are China’s fossil energy major overseas imports sources. Fossil energy trade between China and Countries along the Belt and Road Initiative has a significant impact on fossil energy trade development situation in our country. Firstly，based on the Belt and Road Initiative，this dissertation analyzes the risks and grim situation of fossil energy security in China. Then from the fossil energy structure of China，analysis energy supply and demand in various stages. Through energy dependence index，this dissertation has given a through interpretation to energy trade present situation in China. And then，using the calculated dominant comparative advantage index and trade complementarity index，analyze the trade structure between China and Countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. Finally，according to the results of the analysis put forward a new pattern on fossil energy trade cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. That is based on the fossil energy trade cooperation with the China’s eastern countries，increasing the cooperation with Russian，Mongolia，West Asia，Central Asia，South Asia，Southeast Asia，Central and Eastern Europe. Making China play an active leading role in the global energy trade development system，finally safeguard China’s fossil energy security and the stability of the international energy trade.
