泰国华商的社会关系网络与中资企业的泰国投资战略选择

文章摘要:泰国是东南亚国家中拥有华人较多的国家,华人约占总人口的14%。泰国当地约1/3的大型企业是华人创办的,目前华商企业总市值高达500亿美元,因此华商在泰国经济中扮演着重要角色。华人世界中有一种特殊的“关系”文化,而本文则是将关系文化放大至社会关系网络,并以此来探讨目前华商在泰国从事的经济活动以及生活现况。社会关系网络是一种资源,故本文主要探讨华商企业在泰国投资的进入战略选择,以及如何应用华人特有的关系文化来壮大自己。在研究方法上是以定性方式为主,结合文献探讨和访谈,对在泰国设厂投资的华商进行调研。研究结果发现,随着历史的发展和成员的多样性增加,华侨社会关系网络呈现出复杂化的倾向,俨然已成为族缘、地缘、婚缘及侨团的混合形态。但不论如何,泰国华商甚至华人华侨间仍保持着频繁的文化交流和经贸合作。这不仅显示了海外华人间的互动互助关系,也意味着华商网络正从狭隘的族裔经济向文化关系、跨国族群关系转化。

Abstract:Thailand is Southeast Asia countries that have many Chinese(about 14% of the total population)in there. Many large companies are founded by the Chinese businessmen that the current total market capitalization of Chinese companies up to $50 billion,so Chinese businessmen in Thailand’s economy plays an important role. Chinese society has a special “guanxi” culture,and this article is this relationship has been enlarged to social guanxi networks. Social guanxi network is a resource for Chinese in Thailand and this paper mainly Chinese enterprise how to use these resources to make strategic choice when they invest in Thailand,and how to use guanxi to thrive own forces. The method in this article is based on a qualitative research which is literature review and interviews some Chinese businessmen in Thailand. The result that with the diversity of the historical development and members of overseas Chinese social network presents complicated the tendency seems to have become a mixed ethnic patterns edge to edge,marriage and the overseas compatriot’s edge. But no matter how,even among Chinese businessmen in Thailand overseas Chinese still maintained frequent cultural exchanges and economic and trade cooperation;it only shows the external interaction and mutual assistance among overseas Chinese,Chinese Business Network also means moving from a narrow ethnic and cultural ties to the economy transnational ethnic relations transformation.
