京津冀协同发展中河北能源发展状况及对策建议

Abstract:Hebei energy development and utilization have achieved a lot after long time development and they have been playing a supporting role in improving people’s wellbeing in the urban and rural social and economic development. Yet at the same time，it is increasing awared that the disharmony issues get aggravated including the overdependence on fossil energy like coal，energy development pattern causing severe ecological disruption，renewable energy exploitation and utilization lag behind rapid development. To promote Hebei energy development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordination framework，we are expected within Hebei to extend the scope to reduce consumption，to increase supply of clean energy，to quicken Hebei fossil energy substitution process；We are equally expected within the partnership context to call for the establishment of energy coordination mechanism，to seek for assistance cooperation，to apply for energy development planning to achieve Hebei energy development and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordination coordinating well.
