Abstract:China's direct investment in Africa started in the early stage of reform and opening up, in the first twenty years of development is relatively slow. Since entering the 21st century, especially the formation of the Forum on China Africa cooperation mechanism and the establishment of a new type of strategic partnership, making China and Africa from the government to folk are further enhanced the deepen investment cooperation willingness, coupled with the African countries economic reform has achieved significant results, political stability gradually enhanced. Especially in today's increasingly global economic slowdown, the investment prospects of Africa caused by China and the world's attention. In spite of this, the investment in the African continent will continue to face many risks and challenges in politics, economy, security, and so on. Chinese investment in Africa must be more careful choice of investment in the country, into the mode, enterprises to deal with the risk of investment and international competition strategy. And the government encourages enterprises to invest in Africa policies and measures, to protect in non cooperative investment healthy and long-term development.
