Abstract:During the Second World War, France failed to quickly implement national defense mobilization, becoming one of the important reasons for the occupation of Germany in a short period of time. After the war, France learned the lesson, attached great importance to the mobilization of national defense work, the establishment of a set of national defense mobilization system adapting to the French regime and a strong foundation for national defense mobilization. This article firstly introduces the leadership system of the country's national defense mobilization, including mobilization in highest leader body, military body and government body; then introduces the country's national defense mobilization system, including reserve service system, economic mobilization system, defense system, coordination system; at last, it introduces the basic measures to mobilize the country, including strengthening the construction of the rapid action force, adjusting the national mobilization system, reforming the reserve service system, adjusting the economic mobilization system, emphasizing the mobilization of the alliance.
