美国同性婚姻合法化进程与国际影响

Abstract:In 2015，the same-sex marriage is legalized in the U.S. As a result of struggle among social forces of different value orientation within a political system of checks and balances. After the homosexuals that is peculiar to a few people gained full equality legally with heterosexuals in the U.S.，the social consensus on gay issue would thus become an important issue in the international human rights agenda promoted by the United States. 展开
