文化隆盛与朴槿惠政府文化政策

Abstract:With the declining of world economy and challenges in social development，the cultural policy proposed by Park Geun-hye government with program of cultural prosperity is out of the demand of the time for South Korean society，economy and culture development，which is also a heritage and development for policies by all previous government. The frame of this policy can be summarized as 1 program，8 new policies，1+1+17 administrative organizations，2% of cultural financial budget and 4+20+53 in cultural legal system process. China is at the critical period of deepening reform on cultural system comprehensively. The objective to be a powerful cultural country，which was proposed in the 18th CPC National Congress with the content of promoting the development and prosperity and initiating a new movement to develop socialist culture，asks us to learn outstanding cultural achievements from other countries all over the world. As a worldwide recognized powerful country in cultural industry，the cultural policy of South Korea gives us a good reference in aspects of objective setting，administrative organization construction and legislation system construction.
