论我国刑法与《联合国反腐败公约》的协调
文章摘要：《联合国反腐败公约》是第一个全球性的反腐败法律文件，它首次在国际社会建立了反腐败的法律机制，奠定了反腐败国际合作的法律基础。我国作为《公约》的缔约国，应该切实履行《公约》规定的各项国际义务，完善我国刑法，以使其在惩治腐败犯罪方面与《公约》更好地协调与衔接。
